01
Private testing
OpenTodo is unfinished software provided only to people authorized by Moonwake Labs LLC. Features, stored test data, availability, and these terms may change as defects are found. Access may be paused to protect data or complete a migration.
02
Your account
Use an account you control, keep its sign-in methods secure, and do not share test access. You are responsible for the content you submit. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or test device is compromised.
03
Sandbox subscriptions
The monthly and yearly options shown during this test use Apple's Sandbox environment. Sandbox transactions simulate purchases and renewals but do not charge real money. Trial, renewal, refund, expiration, and Restore behavior may run on an accelerated test schedule. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
04
Acceptable use
Do not probe other accounts, bypass access controls, overload the service, submit unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer private credentials, or use OpenTodo to make automated high-impact decisions. Testing ordinary failures and the documented account, subscription, Restore, and deletion scenarios is encouraged.
05
AI output and availability
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Review changes before relying on them and do not use OpenTodo for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes advice. The test service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or preservation of preproduction data.
06
Privacy and feedback
The OpenTodo privacy notice explains data handling and deletion. If you send feedback, Moonwake Labs may use it to improve OpenTodo without an obligation to compensate you, while avoiding publication of your private account content.
07
Ending access
You may stop testing, sign out, or delete your account at any time. Moonwake Labs may suspend a test account for security, abuse, or maintenance. The sections concerning acceptable use, feedback, limitations, and records that must legally be retained survive the end of testing.
